How long does it take to set up the system?
Five business days. Once confirmed, our team makes your digital infrastructure operational, prepares the personalized AI Concierge scripts and ships or installs the NFC tags.
Do I already need a smart lock?
Not necessarily. Livenly speeds up self check-in either way: if you have smart locks we integrate them with the NFC system, but if you use traditional keys our guided steps still lead the guest all the way to them.
